We did the archways, the floors and the windows on this huge sea-side balcony. The Rod iron needed a special sea-side rod iron rust protection sealing. We framed the building with gentle arches, plastered the walls and installed red stone flooring. We put floor-to-ceiling windows so you can continue to enjoy the view from inside.
We built a custom slatted overhang to break up the sun during the day. Stone accents were added to the house to match the built stone wall for their dog run. Installed the black iron gate.
The patio cover got replaced with corbel style frame. We replaced the counter tops with red sand stone for that beach appeal and replastered the counter sides. The grill inset now has space for a double sized rack and a propane cabinet.
Completely custom build cover in two directions. Ultra thick and set in concrete, this is built to last. We coated it in high quality paint.
